Our commitment to employment equity helps achieve inclusion and fairness, brings rich diversity to UBC as a workplace, and creates the necessary conditions for a rewarding career.

The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) supports teaching and learning communities on campus through delivery of programs, services, and technologies to improve effectiveness of teaching and student outcomes in learning environments that reflect UBC’s goals of equity, inclusion, and excellence.
