REQ14511 Manager, Casino Systems (Open)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing functional and operational support of the Company's Casino Applications. The candidate will assist the Senior Manager to lead and coordinate implementation, enhancement and production support of the Casino Applications. This will involve collecting specific end user requirements, enhancing the system, supporting the testing and overseeing the implementation. The candidate will coordinate with the business users, technical IT teams, management team and our vendors to support Company’s Casino-related IT Applications. The candidate will provide application configuration standards and directions, guidance to application team members and report on status to the Senior Manager. The candidate will be responsible for setting the direction on upgrade strategies and future releases of Casino Applications, disaster recovery procedures, and overall responsibility for managing the Casino’s IT-related applications. Working with vendors, coordinating SLA's and mapping them to internal OLA in order to meet and exceed business expectations. The candidate ensures that the Casino Applications adhere to Company's policy and compliance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Senior Manager to manage and facilitate the application requirements of Casino Operations within an Integrated Multi-Property environment
- Assist the Senior Manager to manage and provide an application framework for supporting Casino Operations in preparing projects from conception through to execution
- Assist the Senior Manager to review and model successful Casino application deployment and application architecture design to realize multi-property Casino business requirements
- Oversee the implementation any Casino-related applications involving development of business requirements, functional and technical specifications of the applications
- Provide technical expertise to resolve any issue/conflict arising from project and dependencies
- Manage customer requests to realize Casino’s business requirements, propose relevant solutions and manage project implementation to ensure a successful deployment of required systems
- Lead the application’s technical pre-selection process and work with business operation teams to provide solutions
- Allocation and organisation of project resources based on project requirements
- Manage the performance of a team in terms of work quality, deliverables, timeliness and SLAs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 10+ years of relevant Casino industry’s IT Application support experience required
- Experience includes planning, setting-up, training and commissioning of Casino application for Slots/Table Games and Electronic Table Games
- Exposure to Casino and Hotel integration is a plus
- Requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing
current state system analysis - Experiences should include implementation, business process re-engineering, solution design, customization, integration, and/or support of Casino Application systems
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant qualifications
Skills / Competencies
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels with internal and external parties are also needed
- Possess good leadership skills and have experience in 24x7 large operations support environment;
- Conversant in English and Cantonese
- Salary will commensurate with experience
