The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Applications Team: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a firm understanding of logic to join our customer-focused Enterprise Services Applications team at RTX Corporation. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, analyzing, and deploying enterprise solutions that drive digital process harmonization, optimization, and operational excellence for our CORE OS customers. Your scope may require data or process mapping, requirements gathering, functional testing and working closely with business representatives from across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with enterprise needs and standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and IT partners in a SAFe Agile environment

  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

  • Conduct requirements elicitation and gap analyses to align business processes with technical solutions.

  • Develop detailed functional and technical specifications to guide application development and deployment.

  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, and test cases.

  • Assist in release planning and execution within the SAFe agile framework.

  • Provide Tier 3 support for troubleshooting application issues and lead root-cause analysis.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Utilize the RTX CORE OS framework methods and tools.

  • Travel may be required up to 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or Business Information Systems with 8+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.  

  • 5+ years experience as a business systems analyst supporting enterprise solutions. 

  • Strong knowledge of digital business processes and enterprise applications.

  • Experience with requirements elicitation techniques.

  • Proficiency in creating process diagrams, use cases, and documentation.

  • Familiarity with ERP or cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe, Six Sigma, RTX CORE.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Experience in aerospace or defense industry.

  • Experience with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: This position is classified as:

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
