Manager, Business Segment Supply Chain - Repair Leader
- Estimated annual base pay: $105,000.00(minimum) - $136,000.00(midpoint) - $168,000.00(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies tailored to the specific needs of the services segment to optimize efficiency and ensure service level agreements for turn around times.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution to meet repair and spare turn around times
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Vendor and Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable supply and high service standards.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business goals and drive integrated solutions to support Services organization.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Facilitates clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable and quality supply chain operations.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilizes supply chain management software and other relevant technologies to streamline operations and enhance data analysis capabilities. Supports Services supply chain adoption in SAP S4/HANA
- Risk Management: Identifies potential risks in the supply chain and develops strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity and resilience of operations.
- Project Management: Plans, executes, and oversees supply chain projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet the desired objectives.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in managing repair services or service-oriented businesses.
