  • Assess current-state business processes and supporting systems to identify readiness gaps, operational risks, or unclear ownership.
  • Support operational readiness activities for new or changing technology capabilities, including support models and escalation awareness.
  • Help teams anticipate downstream operational impacts of system changes before they reach end users.
  • Support technology readiness for user-facing and sales-facing tools to ensure platforms are dependable and usable in production.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through process refinement, system adjustments, or workflow improvements.
  • Support modernization efforts by helping business partners understand and prepare for new or evolving technology capabilities.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Be viewed by business partners as a trusted point of contact for technology readiness and operational support.
  • Help identify and resolve operational issues earlier in the delivery lifecycle.
  • Improve clarity and consistency in support models and readiness expectations for operational teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting business operations where technology plays a critical role in daily execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand systems, processes, and how they interact.
  • Clear communication skills across business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently and apply sound judgment in complex environments.
  • Comfort working with technology teams and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales operations, user-facing tools, or call center environments.
  • Exposure to operational readiness or production enablement activities.
