We are seeking a talented individual to join our Core Technology Services VMO team at MMC Tech .This role will be based in Gurgaon/ Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Manager - Business Management Specialist
What can You Expect :
As a Business Management Specialist is responsible for tracking and analyzing the data, and financials of our services to ensure they align with the organizations value and strategic goals. They assess service performance, identify opportunities to maximize value, and support decision-making to optimize resource use and outcomes. The purpose is to drive continuous improvement, ensuring services deliver measurable business value and enhance overall efficiency.
We will count on you to :
- Monitor and analyze cloud spending across various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure alignment with budgets and business objectives.
- Generate regular financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Help in development of accurate cloud cost forecasts based on historical usage, business growth projections, and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with finance and cloud engineering teams to create and manage cloud budgets.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities by analyzing usage patterns, recommending rightsizing of resources, reserved instance purchases, or other cloud financial management strategies.
- Work closely with cloud architects, finance teams, procurement, and business units to align cloud financial planning with organizational targets.
- Assist in defining cost allocation, and chargeback/showback models. Evaluate cloud financial management tools and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility of cloud spend
- Provides accurate forecasting and budgeting, helping leadership make informed decisions and avoid unexpected expenses.
- Tracking and maintaining Cloud Purchase orders Invoicing, receipting etc

What you need to have:
- Work experience of 9-10 years in Business Management finance or any Finance related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology. Advanced degrees or certifications in cloud or financial management are a plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud pricing models, billing structures, and cost drivers for major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques Familiarity with cloud platforms and their cost management tools
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with financial planning software, spreadsheets (Excel), and cloud cost management platforms.
