What you'll be doing

As the Manager, Business Effectiveness, you will be responsible for supporting projects and programs aimed at enhancing business effectiveness across transaction banking teams. In this role, you will establish robust tracking and reporting systems for key initiatives, coordinate with business controls, audit, AML, and other internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. You will also participate in remediation activities to address control gaps and support ongoing transformational efforts.

How you'll succeed

  • Business Effectiveness - Support projects and programs aimed at enhancing business effectiveness across all Global Transaction Banking teams, driving operational improvements and promoting best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and initiatives are prioritized and aligned with overall business goals. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with established business objectives.

  • Project & Program Support - Establish and maintain tracking and reporting systems for key initiatives, providing timely and accurate visibility into progress and outcomes. Support Transaction Banking teams in preparing reports and coordinating central activities that impact the group.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Support internal teams in management information through the design and development of automated reporting solutions and dashboards. Leverage data analysis and client insights to identify business opportunities, inform strategic direction, and support decision-making.

  • Compliance, Governance & Risk Management - Coordinate with business controls, audit, anti-money laundering, and other stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery and oversight of all Global Transaction Banking-related projects. Interface with business controls, governance, and internal partners to ensure Global Transaction Banking remains compliant with all regulatory and internal obligations. Participate in remediation activities to address identified gaps, support corrective actions, and reinforce a culture of compliance.
