The position will facilitate agency channel to conduct IFP business in all aspect. And to support company key initiatives to drive IFP business and conduct product and operation training to agency channel.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver overall Macau Sales target in Commission, Premium, and full spectrum of Individual Financial Products
Drive sales of H&P and help agency to diversify a healthy product mix contributing to growth in NBV
Develop and ensure the execution of business plans to meet short term and long term business objectives for distribution sales
Maintain strong relationship with agency and grow their loyalty to Manulife
Implement policies and programs to Macau agency effectively, ensuring effective sales and promotions programs in executed to achieve objectives
Manage Macau projects that have an impact on the entire Agency Operations
Supervising team to provide daily sales and marketing support to Macau distributions, whilst liaise with Hong Kong team on practice sharing
Supporting Business Units or local initiatives on product training, working closely with Hong Kong business development team to leverage synergies, with local adaptations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ working experience, at least three years with insurance- experience in the life insurance industry
Front-line sales, training and customer services experience preferred
Able to conduct training /presentation in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
Insurance Product knowledge and willingness to learn new products and procedures
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Customer centric and result oriented
Good team player while working independently
Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, both spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
