Job Description Summary:
At The Coca-Cola Company, we recognize the power of data and visualization to drive smarter decisions for our customers, divisions, and the enterprise. We are seeking a Manager, Business Analytics & Visualization, to design, build, and deliver reporting and digital solutions that enable insights and action for our largest food service customer. This role is highly execution-focused — translating business needs into data-driven solutions, building dashboards and tools, and ensuring insights are scalable, accurate, and impactful. The successful candidate will work closely with both North America and International teams, act as a trusted partner to the customer, and collaborate across internal IT and business teams to ensure solutions deliver maximum value.
What You'll Do for Us
Partner with North America and International business teams to understand priorities, align on requirements, and deliver consistent, scalable analytics solutions.
Serve as a hands-on partner to the customer, ensuring reporting and visualization tools directly support their operational and strategic needs.
Collaborate closely with internal IT and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain effective data pipelines, reporting tools, and visualization platforms.
Translate customer and business requirements into dashboards, reports, and data models that are accurate, intuitive, and actionable.
Conduct data research, mining, and analysis to uncover insights, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities across customer and divisional performance.
Implement and enhance cloud-based reporting platforms and digital tools, ensuring they are scalable across markets and integrated into enterprise solutions.
Apply external best practices and digital trends in analytics and visualization to keep tools innovative and forward-looking.
Manage projects or workstreams with accountability, ensuring deliverables are on time, accurate, and aligned with business and customer priorities.
Continuously improve processes and reporting by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, or efficiency.
Communicate insights clearly through storytelling and visualization, tailoring outputs for both customer-facing and internal audiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, business intelligence, or digital tool development in a business operations context.
Consulting background preferred but not required.
Proficiency with modern data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.), including building dashboards and data models from the ground up.
Experience with cloud-based data and reporting platforms (Azure, Microsoft suite, Anaplan).
Strong technical skills in SQL, data modeling, and data preparation; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
Ability to work independently as an executor, managing priorities and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative delivery cycles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence adoption of tools and insights across customers, IT teams, and business partners.
A curious and innovative mindset, eager to bring external digital trends and new approaches into practical solutions.

$112,000 - $135,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
