- Understand, review, and analyze purchasing spend, quantities, and product mix across different brands and suppliers.
- Regularly provide business analysis reports to support decision-making (e.g., year-over-year material cost analysis, business allocation).
- Analyze drivers of material cost trends, evaluate their impact on the business, and make recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Lead business analysis projects to address organizational needs, provide recommendations based on results, and drive actions.
- Collaborate with Cost Engineers to identify supply chain improvement opportunities and deliver measurable results.
- Enhance business analysis processes by integrating them into broader business workflows and continuously optimizing efficiency.
- Measure value chain performance on a regular basis, identify root causes of performance changes, and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop new methodologies and tools to support business analysis for the Sourcing Team.
- Provide vendor portal administration and regular auditing support for the Sourcing Team.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience in business analysis, supply performance measurement, and project management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply processes, as well as supply chain cost structures
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proven analytical ability, leadership qualities, integrity, and business acumen
- SAP experience, strong skills in Excel and Power Query are mandatory
- Python proficiency is an advantage
- Candidates with a higher level of experience may be considered for a senior position
