Responsibilities:
Lead BU support processes and oversee implementation of strategic initiatives.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of standards and processes.
Solve complex problems where no precedent exists.
Mentor and guide junior team members across the BU.
Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for critical support functions.
Ensure team alignment with overall business strategy and goals.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven leadership capabilities within business support functions.
Holds a university/engineering degree with 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
Operates independently and contributes to strategy formulation.
Proactive, decisive, and experienced in complex decision-making.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
Continuously looks for ways to evolve and innovate within the function.

Contributes to creating new processes and standards.

Acts as a senior resource for peers and cross-functional stakeholders.
