As Manager – Brand Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of integrated brand and marketing campaigns that bring Manulife’s brand proposition to life. This includes end-to-end management of brand campaigns, proposition campaigns, and local activations across Hong Kong and Macau, targeting both domestic and MCV customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and distribution partners to ensure seamless delivery across multiple touchpoints, driving engagement, influence, and measurable business impact. This position is ideal for an experienced marketer with solid knowledge of the financial industry, a passion for storytelling, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Position Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of integrated brand and proposition campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, ensuring alignment with Manulife’s strategy and business objectives.
Own end-to-end campaign management, including creative development, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and performance tracking.
Manage events, sponsorships, and local activations for Hong Kong and Macau, tailoring initiatives to market needs and ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborate with business units and internal teams to maximize campaign influence with an integrated marketing approach and achieve business benefits.
Develop compelling content for platforms including WeChat, XHS, and other social channels, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Growth Marketing, Customer Engagement, Product Propositions, Legal & Compliance, and other teams.
Identify opportunities to enhance campaign delivery and stakeholder experience through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, with solid experience in insurance or financial services.
Proven track record in end-to-end campaign management, including large-scale brand and proposition campaigns.
Strong understanding of the media landscape for both Hong Kong and Macau, as well as marketing and sales funnels.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in content development and campaign execution across digital and social platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
