Job Summary
Lead a team partnering with strategic suppliers to deliver an exceptional online customer experience. Drive brand and product optimizations to enhance findability, increase conversion, and accelerate sales growth. Build strong relationships with vendors, merchants, and cross-functional teams while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Leads and develops a team responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to enhance assigned vendors’ eCommerce presence and drive traffic and sales.
- Identifies high-impact growth opportunities and monitors project deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Reviews performance reports regularly and communicates key wins and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
- Leads presentations on program success and strategic initiatives to internal and external audiences.
- Manages cross-functional partnerships by streamlining processes, aligning resources, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Drives process improvements and builds program awareness to support vendor retention year over year.
- Coordinates and supports vendor program onboarding to ensure smooth and compliant setups.

- Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
- Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
