ABOUT THE ROLE
Dow Jones is seeking a Manager, Audience Experimentation & Insights to help scale a next-generation experimentation program that fuels subscription growth across WSJ, and new verticals. As part of the Performance Marketing organization, this manager plays a critical part in shaping how we validate new audience strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and position our brands as premium, high-value products.

A key component of this position is accelerating our experimentation velocity and insight generation through generative AI, LLM-powered analysis, and automation, ensuring that teams have faster, more sophisticated, and more actionable decision-support.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines analytical rigor, strong storytelling, and a growth mindset with the ability to bring structure, innovation, and operational excellence to a rapidly scaling experimentation program.
You will work in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days a week.
