The Job

  • Safeguard the financial security of the company
  • Perform and review the results of HKRBC, Economic Capital (EC) and Macau Statutory
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties/ consultants on HKRBC/EC/Macau Statutory annual filings
  • Engage in the discussion and propose enhancement for the development of the reporting metrics under the economic balance sheet framework
  • Drive the analysis, negotiation and implementation of capital management initiatives
  • Lead and manage the team to deliver high‑quality outputs to senior stakeholders, while providing ongoing coaching and development to build team capability

The Person

  • At least 5-6 years of actuarial experience
  • BAU Capital Reporting/ Capital Management/ALM experience, knowledge of HK regulation preferred
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven people management skills
