Overview
Services is a key growth driver for EEMEA. The Network Services team accelerates commercialization and distribution of all Services solutions across three product groups-Security Solutions, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement and Business & Market Insights- through every Services distrubition channel, at scale. We also enable synergies with other Mastercard product groups. Our mandate: deliver sustainable, recurring revenue powered by value-based pricing, innovative business models, tailored propositions and resilient go-to-market strategies across priority customer segments and buying centers.

Role Overview
The Manager, Analytics will support the Director Analytics EEMEA in delivering business case models, portfolio analytics, and data-driven insights that guide Services commercialization and revenue performance. The role will focus on building analytical models, maintaining performance dashboards, and producing insights that support monetization, yield management, and investment decisions across the Services business.
Reporting to the Director, Analytics EEMEA this role is responsible for building and maintaining financial models, business cases, and analytical dashboards that evaluate new product, pricing, and commercialization opportunities. The Manager translates financial, market, and performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth, yield improvement, and go-to-market effectiveness.
Working closely with the Network Services Commercialization team, Product Groups, and Finance, the role combines analytical rigor with business understanding to support pricing strategies, performance tracking, and commercial decision-making across the EEMEA Services organization.

The Manager, Analytics role is based in Johannesburg, South Africa

Key Responsibilties:
• Develop and maintain financial and business case models to evaluate new product, pricing, and commercialization opportunities, quantifying revenue potential, margin impact and ROI.
• Support portfolio analytics and performance tracking, providing visibility into revenue, yield, and margin trendsacross Services products, channels and segments.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting tools that monitor portfolio performance, highlight growth drivers, and identify underperforming areas.
• Conduct profitability benchmarking, elasticity analysis, and market research to support pricing recommendations and deal strategies.
• Translate analytical outputs into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders, supporting commercial, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Sales and Network Services to align analytics and reporting with enterprise priorities and performance objectives.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of analytical frameworks and tools that improve forecasting accuracy, visibility, and governance across the Services business.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by maintaining high analytical standards, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
All About You:
• Solid experience in financial modeling, data analytics, and portfolio performance tracking within payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Combines analytical precision with commercial awareness, translating data into actionable insights that inform pricing and monetization strategies.
• Strong grasp of revenue drivers, yield management, and pricing mechanics, with the ability to link analytics to business outcomes.
• Proficient in analytical and BI tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, capable of creating and interpreting performance dashboards and models.
• Effective collaborator who communicates complex analysis clearly to Product, Finance, and relevant stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
