Who You Are
The Manager, Analytics Delivery & Operations is a business-focused leader responsible for the “last mile” of analytics execution. You are the operational backbone of the GTM organization, ensuring that Marketing and Affiliate teams receive accurate, timely, and actionable data to drive growth decisions.
You are an execution-first delivery leader with strong technical fluency and a relentless focus on business impact. While you are comfortable reviewing and validating analytical logic, exploratory SQL, data models, and dashboards, your primary mandate is not exploration or research — it is to operationalize established analytics into a high-service, high-velocity delivery engine. You excel at taking proven data processes and scaling them through rigor, standards, and repeatable execution in support of the company’s strategic goals. This role is expected to operate primarily during US business hours to support real-time GTM decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently retrieve, analyze, and validate data from the warehouse to support high-urgency GTM questions during US business hours, using exploratory SQL queries or analytical tools as needed. While this role does not own production SQL development, dbt modeling, or BI dashboard execution, it requires strong warehouse literacy — including table structures, column semantics, and key metrics — to extract insights quickly, validate logic, and guide downstream execution.
- Partner with the Data and Discovery teams once source data is available in the warehouse and business logic is aligned, to gain a deep understanding of underlying systems, data structures, and analytical logic prior to execution.
- Take full ownership of the analytics build phase — translating approved definitions and workflows into execution-ready logical data frameworks, data requirements, and dashboard wireframes, and orchestrating and overseeing delivery in close partnership with the BI team, who retain execution ownership of Tableau dashboard development and deployment, with accountability for business readiness and delivery quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison between GTM stakeholders and the BI team, fielding one-off analytical requests while proactively identifying recurring questions and converting them into scalable dashboards and automated analytics outputs designed for clarity and actionability.
- Once dashboards and analytics outputs are formalized, continuously evolve and enhance them by introducing new views, metrics, and improvements to ensure the analytics platform remains relevant, high-impact, and aligned with evolving GTM needs.
- Identify high-impact, high-frequency analytical questions where decision velocity is essential, and lead the development of AI-driven analytics agents that automate responses, enabling instant access to trusted insights and materially accelerating GTM decision-making.

- Ensure analytics outputs are shipped on schedule and are usable, clearly structured, and aligned with GTM workflows.
- Drive prioritization, sequencing, and delivery predictability across concurrent analytics initiatives.
Analytics Delivery Team Effectiveness

- Improve analyst productivity, confidence, and business context to enable faster and more consistent delivery.

Business Accuracy, Alignment, and Trust
- Ensure analytics outputs reflect agreed business definitions, assumptions, and stakeholder expectations at the point of delivery.
- Act as the final business-alignment checkpoint before analytics are released to GTM stakeholders.
