Manager, Agency Budget & Expense Management

This role oversees agency budgets and expenses, ensuring effective cost control, policy compliance, and accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to support budgeting, expense tracking, and agency initiatives.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and review agency expenses and payments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

  • Track actual spending against approved budgets and highlight major variances to management.

  • Prepare regular expenses and budget reports for management and Sales Heads.

  • Support annual budgeting exercises, including budget allocation, consolidation, and reporting.

  • Work closely with the Finance team on budget planning, fund allocation, and cost centre management.

  • Ensure compliance with Procurement Spend Policy and Gifts & Hospitality guidelines.

  • Support agency initiatives and events, including related administrative tasks.

  • Provide ad‑hoc budget and expense support when required.

Job Specifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in budget management, expense tracking, or financial operations.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Good communication and report‑writing skills.
