About the Role:

As the Manager, Account Management, you’ll lead and grow our global Account Management team through Spreedly’s next exciting phase. If you’re a people-first leader who loves coaching AMs, driving operational excellence, and growing existing customer revenue in B2B SaaS, we’d like to hear from you.

You'll join Spreedly’s post‑sales leadership team and manage the Account Management team across SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise segments. You will be responsible for building and executing a cohesive strategy for how we grow and retain a ~$40M+ book of business, while ensuring your team consistently delivers an excellent customer experience and meets assigned NRR and expansion targets.

The ideal candidate has experience leading account managers or existing‑business sellers, including enterprise accounts, and is comfortable balancing strategy, operations, and hands‑on deal work. You can operate independently with limited day‑to‑day oversight, and you thrive in environments with significant organizational change and growth. You are skilled at forecasting, running disciplined operating rhythms, and coaching AMs on whitespace, negotiation, and complex deal management. You enjoy digging into customer business models, helping your team quantify value, and building scalable processes that enable your AMs to grow their books year over year.
