ServiceTitan is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing enterprise-level Mechanical and Commercial Services trade businesses. This leader will coach, develop, and scale an enterprise sales team focused on expanding ServiceTitan’s presence in the commercial mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facilities services markets.
This role is critical to shaping and executing our enterprise go-to-market strategy and driving growth across a massive and rapidly modernizing segment of the skilled trades.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on mechanical, HVAC, and commercial service contractor prospects.
Develop a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture with strong rigor around pipeline creation, prospecting, and qualification.
Provide ongoing training to elevate product knowledge, objection handling, territory management, and consultative selling skills.
Build and execute a market penetration strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise trade businesses in mechanical, commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building services.
Drive consistent outbound motion, ensuring strong prospecting activity into large multi-location and high-revenue commercial service organizations.
Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, and GTM leadership to refine territory strategies, ICP definition, and pipeline coverage models.
Manage forecasting, territory planning, and growth targets while ensuring high-quality CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.
Support reps in high-value enterprise opportunities including discovery, executive alignment, ROI positioning, and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.
Articulate ServiceTitan’s value proposition for commercial service contractors—helping organizations modernize operations, improve profitability, and optimize field performance.
Lead pricing negotiations and facilitate collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, and Implementation teams to drive successful outcomes.
Share field insights with Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap priorities and segment-specific messaging.
Represent ServiceTitan at industry events (commercial HVAC, mechanical, and building services conferences) to generate awareness and pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including at least 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar).
Proven experience leading or selling into complex field-service, mechanical, HVAC, or commercial services businesses highly preferred.
Strong understanding of outbound sales motions, pipeline generation, and sales automation tools to scale prospecting.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams navigating multi-stakeholder, multi-location enterprise deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-selling skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
Strong analytical capability for forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
Willingness to travel for team meetings, customer visits, and industry events.

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $175,000 USD - $187,300 USD + commission. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
