Position Summary
You will lead access activities in India that help shape policy, improve patient access, and influence health system decisions. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government, payers, hospitals, and patient groups. We value people who are collaborative, curious, and action-oriented. - Develop and implement market access strategies for assigned therapy areas in India.
- Build and maintain relationships with government, public hospitals, payers, and policy makers to drive access outcomes.
- Design and run access programs such as reimbursement submissions, rate contracts, or patient support initiatives.
- Monitor and report access outcomes and opportunities, using data to recommend improvements.
- Work across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial and Patient groups to ensure aligned and compliant access solutions.
- Represent the company in external forums and help shape public policy and procurement processes.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, health economics, business, or related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in market access, government affairs, public policy, patient access programs, or related roles in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience engaging with Indian public healthcare stakeholders and familiarity with central and state procurement or reimbursement mechanisms.
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence at multiple levels.
- Strong project management skills and experience delivering cross-functional programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Role type: hybrid (combination of office and field work), with regular travel across India.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, MSc in health economics, or similar.
- Direct experience in oncology or other specialty therapy areas.
- Practical experience designing or managing patient support programs or patient assistance schemes.
- Familiarity with health technology assessment, pharmacoeconomics, or value dossier development.
- Demonstrated success working with public procurement systems, hospital formularies, or national health schemes.
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and outcome measurement.
