Accountabilities:
1) Academic Partnership Management: To be accountable in maintaining effective communications with all stakeholders and work with Programme Operations team and Centre for Micro Credentials to ensure success of the programmes and stay abreast of changes that may affect the programmes, and recommend improvements to the programmes to meet changing needs and requirements.
2) Academic Programme Development:
To be accountable for the preparation of documentations in accordance to regulatory compliance for internal approvals for the launch of new programmes.
To be accountable for working with Programme Operations team and Centre for Micro Credentials to conduct annual review and make recommendations to improve existing programmes so as to meet market needs and business objectives.
To be accountable for compliance with external and internal quality assurance standards and requirements.
3) Business Development: To be accountable for liaising with university and industry partners, government agencies, corporations and other stakeholders for collaborations for the benefit of the programmes.
4) Financial Viability of Academic Programmes:
To be accountable in working with Programme Operations team and Centre for Micro Credentials in preparing budget for new programmes so as to ensure that the programmes meet the financial targets set by the organisation.
To be accountable in working with Programme Operations team and Centre for Micro Credentials to monitor programmes so that they are financially viable and meet their recruitment targets.
Job Requirements
a) Academic Education/Experience/Training
Degree with minimum 10 years of professional working experience, including at least 3 years at managerial level.
Familiar with the higher education industry, knowledge of the training and development market.
As this role will be required to frequently communicate with partners from the Chinese market, high Written and Spoken Chinese proficiency level would be essential
