About the Role:
The Senior Operations Lead for CrowdStrike Financial Services (CFS) will be the primary point of contact for the growing operations team in Pune. This role demands a proactive approach to handling customer and partner accounts to ensure an exemplary customer experience throughout their journey with us.

Location- Pune (WFO)

Shift time : 2PM to 11 PM IST

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the credit, pricing, and deal specialist teams in Pune

  • CrowdStrike Financial Services provides tailored financing solutions that help customers adopt and scale the CrowdStrike Falcon cybersecurity platform with flexible payment options and simplified procurement. It works directly with customers and partners to optimize budgets, reduce financial barriers, and accelerate access to advanced cybersecurity technology.

  • Ensure alignment of team activities with management directives and company objectives

  • Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures

  • Monitor team performance and provide first-level escalation support

  • Coordinate with broader Operations team to ensure smooth communication and workflow

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

  • Provide regular reporting and updates to CFS leadership

What You’ll Need:

Experience & Expertise

  • Overall 12year+ and 6+ years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in equipment finance

  • 3+ years of team leadership experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, pricing, and deal structuring

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge time zone differences

  • Experience working with global teams and matrix reporting structures

  • Strong process optimization and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work with teams in US timezones

Leadership & Strategic Abilities

  • Strategic mindset with proven success in driving transformation initiatives

  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Experience in leading cross-functional process improvement projects

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and priority management skills
