Management Trainee

Job Description:

1. Fully understanding, following, and actively participating all learning stages in Graduate Management Development Program
2. Achieving optimum result in all evaluation stages during program 
3. Comply and implement all company's regulation 
4. Engage and maintain relationship with facilitator, coach, mentor, and steering committee.

Job Requirement:

• Age limit of 26 years old at the start of the programme
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Diploma 4 (D4) majoring in Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Sciences, Agricultural Technology) or Forestry
• Minimum GPA/IPK 2.85
• Preferably those participated in college organizations such as BEM, MENWA, etc.
• Willing to attend training for 10 months and a bond period of two years
• Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills Strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations (Sumatera/ Kalimantan/ Papua)
