The Opportunity
Management Team Assistant (MTA) | Melbourne (Full‑time)
Do you love being the person who keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly and the day flowing?
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people‑savvy Management Team Assistant to support our management team in a fast‑paced, friendly environment. You’ll bring calm confidence to competing priorities, build strong relationships quickly, handle confidential information with care, and stay curious about smarter ways of working (including new systems and AI).
🕘 Hours: 9:00am – 5:15pm (agile working may be available depending on business needs)
📍 Location: Melbourne
What you’ll do (you’ll sit right at the centre of things)
You’ll keep the day‑to‑day operations going by:
Providing confidential admin support to practice groups and keeping operations moving
Managing diaries, meetings, appointments, and domestic/international travel
Acting as the go‑to contact for enquiries and operational matters
Coordinating leave calendars, floor coverage, and interstate office bookings
Preparing reports/spreadsheets and supporting expense processing
Supporting onboarding, training and team integration
Helping deliver internal comms, projects, initiatives, and events / reward & recognition activities
Jumping on general admin (including ergonomic assessments) and ad hoc support
What you’ll bring
You’ll thrive here if you’re a trusted organiser who’s great with people and even better with details:
2+ years’ experience in a support role supporting senior staff
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence picking up new systems quickly
Clear communication and the ability to build relationships at all levels
Sharp judgement, discretion, and a proactive, solutions‑focused style
Curiosity about AI and emerging tech, you like finding better ways to work
