Overview of Role:
The Finance Management Support supports the CFO and Finance Leadership Team by coordinating key administrative and operational processes, ensuring effective agenda management, preparing high‑quality presentations, and maintaining clear communication flows. The role contributes to efficient day‑to‑day operations by driving structure, transparency, and follow‑through across Finance activities, enabling the CFO to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Analytical Support for the CFO
- Manage the CFO’s agenda with proactive forward planning, anticipating upcoming topics, deadlines, and preparation needs.
- Coordinate inputs for leadership meetings, prepare briefing materials, and track resp. manage follow‑up action items.
- Provide analytical support for decision-making by preparing concise summaries, dashboards, and insights for the CFO.
- Assist in scenario planning and financial modeling for key initiatives.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
Communication, Documentation & Executive Decks
- Create high‑quality, clean, and well‑structured slide decks for CFO and other management meetings.
- Draft memos, summaries, and communication materials; maintain clear, accessible documentation.
Project Management & Coordination
- Support Finance projects by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and monitoring deliverables.
- Gather information, prepare simple reports, and help ensure cross‑functional alignment with an end‑to‑end view.
Operational & Cycle Support
- Assist with Finance cycles such as budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and regulatory reviews.
- Consolidate inputs, follow up with teams, and support the CFO with ad‑hoc tasks.
Governance & Process Support
- Organize governance routines, prepare materials, track decisions, and ensure timely stakeholder submissions.
- Maintain calendars for recurring processes and ensure documentation standards are met.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with key internal functions to support smooth Finance operations.
- Assist in organizing essential team activities such as workshops, lessons learned sessions, onboarding, or knowledge-sharing sessions.
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required:
Professional Skills
- Strong organizational ability with proactive follow‑up, ownership mindset, and high reliability.
- Clear, structured communication in German and English (French a strong plus).
- Ability to work independently with a strategic, long‑term and end‑to‑end process view.
- Professional attitude with strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Office 365, especially PowerPoint (clean executive decks), Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong ability to prepare structured documentation, reports, and meeting materials.
- Familiarity with finance processes or terminology; finance background is a plus.
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, document management, and basic project‑tracking methods.

Experience
- Experience in coordination, project support, management support, or analyst‑type roles, preferably in Finance.
- Previous experience in the Swiss banking sector is a strong advantage.
- Higher education from a university of applied science or university.
- Willingness to travel moderately within the EU
