The Mission
The Management Associate (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for supporting both sales and marketing functions, managing a range of Sony products, and strengthening the brand’s presence across key retail touchpoints. This includes overseeing shopfront displays, retailer websites, e‑commerce platforms, email communications, and other customer interaction points, with particular emphasis on the point of purchase.
Your Impact (Landing Role Responsibilities)
A. Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key B2B clients to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing channel sales strategies that align with Sony’s objectives, ensuring targets and growth initiatives are met.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities and support strategy adjustments to capture market share.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives and meet partner needs.
- Monitor channel performance, provide insights, and make recommendations to help achieve sales goals and align with KPIs.
B. Retailer Touchpoint Strategy & Planning
- Develop a holistic Retailer Touchpoint Map covering shopfront, EC, CRM (eDM, app, SMS/push), loyalty programs, and social channels.
- Plan integrated joint campaigns with each retailer based on shared objectives, seasonal opportunities, and category priorities.
- Ensure Sony’s communication and experience principles are consistently represented across all retailer customer journeys.
C. Data-Driven CRM & Customer Segmentation
- Work closely with retailers to explore and define potential customer segments using retailer's insights.
- Collaborate with internal CRM teams to align segmentation logic with Sony’s strategies.
D. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end execution of retailer campaigns:
briefing → asset alignment → deployment → reporting → optimization - Manage creative and message alignment with internal team such as Marketing Communication, Product Marketing.
- Track and analyze performance metrics e.g. traffic, conversion rate, incremental revenue.
- Use insights to continuously improve segmentation, creative, and channel mix.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: A fresh graduate or a professional with less than 1 year of experience.
- Communication: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
