Engage and build strong relationships with intermediaries and/or clients.
Support the negotiations for profitable renewal retention of defined experience-rated and/or portfolio-rated book of business assigned.
Provide consistent and quality support to intermediaries and/or clients by answering queries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve service issues promptly.
Support employee communication meetings (English) as required by intermediaries and clients.
Organizing and planning process trainings for key brokers as needed.
Identify areas of process improvements and work with respective functions in executing changes
Prioritizes own work and meets agreed timelines.
Other duties, responsibilities or projects that may be assigned.

Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals.
Liaise with internal departments, e.g. underwriting, claims teams, marketing, in line with established procedures to ensure optimum service to client.

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Insurance, Business, Sales, Retail Management, Marketing, Biomedical, Life Sciences or related field
Sales support or direct sales experience in a similar industry will be advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is a must
