Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.

The Programme enables graduates to gain real insights into life at Air Liquide. It is a structured programme that allows for an in-depth exploration of interest in the chemicals industry and develops their professional skills and competencies. For the duration of the programme, our Management Associate will be rotated to work on special mission projects.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Actively contribute to the execution and achievement of long-term business goals. Provide critical support to leadership to ensure operational activities remain aligned with the company’s strategic roadmap.

  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing optimized workflows. Translate findings from CIMP, GYM, FIT, and internal audits into actionable operational enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance.

  • Partner with the Commercial team to facilitate business planning. This includes analyzing customer demand, supporting forecasting activities, and ensuring high-level service delivery for key accounts.

  • Provide flexible support across various business functions.Handle diverse, time-sensitive tasks and special projects as needed to maintain smooth daily operations and support business growth.

Are you a MATCH?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable educational institution with good academic and co-curricular record

  • Entry level applicants or a maximum of 3 years of full-time working experience candidates are welcome to apply

  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent numerical and communication skills, high learning agility and resilience to succeed in a dynamic environment
