Main purpose
To prepare accurate Clean Trial Balances (Local & Group) for Trafigura entities and provide comprehensive support for accounting, cost management, and reporting processes. This includes general ledger entries, accruals, account reconciliations, financial analyses, and monthly group reporting.
Key responsibilities
Manage and prepare various financial and operational reports.
Support the preparation of Trial Balances for local and group reporting purposes.
Maintain data management controls to ensure compliance with data accuracy standards.
Perform account reconciliations, including detailed analysis and coordination with internal teams and external third parties.
Document work processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Execute and follow up on administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
Participate in system and software development projects, including testing and implementation phases.
Provide flexible support for ad-hoc requirements, including documentation support and audit requests.
