The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team, you will provide essential hands-on support for data center operations. As a Specialist, you will deliver specialized technical knowledge, executing precise tasks and conducting thorough analyzes to secure seamless operations and support for specific projects. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams, making a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on support for data center operations

- Deliver specialized technical knowledge for seamless service delivery

- Execute thorough tasks and perform meticulous analyzes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects

- Utilize advanced technology to enhance operational productivity

- Confirm compliance with industry standards and guidelines

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team

- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality results

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 4 years of experience

- CompTIA A+, Server +, or equivalent ITIL Foundation

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science preferred

- Demonstrating abilities in structured cabling execution

- Performing rack and stack of servers and network devices

- Providing remote hands support for troubleshooting

- Conducting physical checks on power status and link indicators

- Executing FRU swaps such as disks and memory

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams

- Supporting 24x7 operations as required

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
