In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team, you will provide essential operational support and maintenance for Clinical Applications in a dynamic environment. As an Associate, you will focus on learning from senior team members, collaborating with clinical end-users, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement while developing your skills in system performance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for Clinical Applications

- Collaborate with clinical end-users to enhance system performance

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues

- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team

- Learn from senior team members to develop technical skills

- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing

- Adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing needs

- Support maintenance activities to uphold application reliability

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 1 year of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
