The Opportunity
As part of the Managed Services team, you will set the strategic direction and lead the technical delivery of accounting and reporting solutions, with an emphasis on scalable operations, controls, and automation for servicing clients. As a Director, you will oversee complex engagements and multi-workstream delivery, translating business objectives into solution designs while maintaining quality outcomes across onshore/offshore teams. This role offers the chance to drive innovation in service delivery and mentor the next generation of leaders in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish the strategic direction for accounting and reporting solutions
- Lead the technical execution of scalable operations and controls
- Oversee complex client engagements and multi-workstream projects
- Translate business goals into impactful solution designs
- Drive quality outcomes through collaboration with onshore and offshore teams
- Drive innovation in service delivery processes
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the team
- Foster a dynamic environment that encourages creativity and growth
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 10 years of experience leading transformation to offshore delivery models
What Sets You Apart
- Demonstrated technical proficiency across finance transformation platforms
- Possessing experience within accounting, controllership, and/or financial reporting services
- Experience documenting requirements and creating prototypes
- Experience with Workday Financials or comparable ERP platforms
- Ability to architect significant managed services solutions
- Understanding of estimation methodology and cost levers
- Progressive accounting experience in real estate or financial services
- Knowledge of managed services trends and operationalization

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
