We have a fantastic opportunity for Major & Complex Loss Adjusters in Dubai

Are you seeking a career step that offers international exposure and a new lifestyle?

An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced Adjuster to join our Major and Complex Loss team in Dubai, where you will manage a portfolio of high‑value and technically demanding claims. Working in a challenging environment, you will approach each instruction with precision and analytical judgement, applying your professional expertise to resolve complex reinstatement issues and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

With ACII or ACILA qualifications, you will bring proven experience in leading substantial reinstatement projects involving numerous parties and competing priorities. You will use your strong background in major commercial losses to balance technical, procedural, and commercial demands. Clear, authoritative communication and high‑quality report writing will be essential, supported by advanced Excel skills to produce structured, detailed outputs that meet strict requirements.

By visiting policyholders’ premises, you will investigate commercial losses on behalf of insurers, gathering evidence, assessing circumstances, and producing comprehensive documentation after each visit. Full diary management will be required, ensuring you maintain control of deadlines, meetings, and workflow while managing your caseload with discipline and accuracy.

Delivering within client SLA expectations and meeting rigorous audit standards will form a key part of your role. You will need the confidence to lead multi‑party meetings, the resilience to operate under pressure, and the foresight to anticipate issues before they escalate.

This is perfect for a driven professional who thrives on complexity, takes pride in leading major technical projects, and wants to progress their career within a globally recognised loss adjusting environment in Dubai.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence: Ability to travel by car at short notice for site visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings across varied locations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident delivery of complex technical information to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and legal representatives. Strong negotiation to secure firm, fair settlement positions.

  • English Speaking: Precise use of English for reports, analysis, statements, and direct conversations in high‑detail, time‑pressured environments.

  • Experience in Construction and Engineering: Working knowledge of construction techniques, structural issues, and engineering processes to assess damage, causation, reinstatement options, and contractor proposals.

  • Experience Handling Major and Complex Loss Claims with ACII and ACILA Qualifications: Proven capability managing high‑value, multi‑party, technically challenging losses, supported by recognised professional accreditation demonstrating advanced analytical and investigative competence.
