  • Estimated hourly base pay: 

    • $26.00+ (DOE)

    • Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday through Friday

    • Orientation (M-F 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM)

The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic mechanical issues, documenting maintenance activities, and assisting senior technicians in complex projects. The position emphasizes adherence to safety guidelines, effective teamwork, and compliance with standard operating procedures. Key skills include mechanical aptitude, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technical documentation, tool handling, time management, and ensuring quality standards in all maintenance tasks.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conduct Routine Maintenance: Performs basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery following standard operating procedures.

  • Troubleshoot Equipment Issues: Identifies and resolves straightforward mechanical problems using established methods and tools.

  • Maintain Maintenance Records: Documents maintenance activities and updates logs to ensure accurate tracking of work performed.

  • Assist Senior Technicians: Supports experienced mechanics by providing assistance during complex maintenance and repair projects.

  • Ensure Safety Compliance: Follows safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment during all maintenance activities.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Proficient in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment according to standard procedures.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment functionality.

  • Troubleshooting: Capable of identifying and resolving straightforward mechanical issues using established guidelines.

  • Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics effectively.

  • Safety Compliance: Knowledgeable in adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members to achieve maintenance objectives.

  • Operational Procedures: Familiarity with standard operating procedures for maintenance tasks and equipment handling.

  • Tool Handling: Proficient in using hand and power tools required for maintenance activities.

  • Time Management: Efficiently manages time to complete maintenance tasks within designated schedules.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensures all maintenance work meets quality standards and contributes to overall work excellence.

Successful candidates typically have:

  • High School Diploma, or GED Equivalent

  • 1+ years of Manufacturing Mechanical Maintenance
