Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician supports the repair, maintenance, and installation of company equipment and capital assets. This role involves troubleshooting, fabrication, and servicing plant systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and plant equipment.

  • Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood as needed.

  • Monitor and service plant support systems (boilers, air compressors, water processing, powder silos) and production equipment.

  • Assist with layout and installation of new capital assets.

  • Perform snow removal from exits, walkways, roofs, and docks.

  • Respond to plant security and safety system needs.

  • Order parts and accessories as required.

  • Complete tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly; stand for extended periods; perform bending and stretching.

  • Must be able to perform physical work in a production setting and occasionally work in an office environment.

  • Contact lenses prohibited on the factory floor.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $57,000.00 and $95,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
