General Responsibilities
• Conducts routine maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Performs minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and flooring maintenance.
• Repairs doors, windows, locks, and other structural elements. • Inspects service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Replaces air filters, cleans ducts, and checks refrigerant levels.
• Performs scheduled inspections of facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Responds promptly to urgent maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Comply with equipment WI and ensure the safety
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
