Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our One Mission Bay property in San Francisco.
The Maintenance Technician under the direction and supervision of the Chief Building Engineer, is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all "common areas" within the Association as described below. Continuous hands-on training will always be provided.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + On-Call Every 2 Weeks
Compensation: $34.00 Per Hour
