Maintenance Technician

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Maintain assets in accordance with the common technical practice and manufacturers’ requirements to ensure the right equipment reliability. Follow local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ) requirements, objectives, and guidelines for how the work shall be performed.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance tasks following the standards and procedures ensuring the right quality in the most effective way.

  • Register required data linked to work orders.

  • Support the operation and quality of Jotun’s property and production equipment.

  • Actively participate in root cause analysis of reoccurring and critical breakdowns and failures.

  • Actively participate in Safe Job Analysis and follow the requirements given in the Work Permit.

  • Support engineering projects with documentation for electrical and mechanical drawings

  • Support the Commission process for new assets based on the requirement HSEQ- and engineering standards

  • Give inputs for data updates in the Matrix Maintenance System, with a focus on PM actions, Standard Jobs, and spare part lists.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Requirements

  • University graduates majoring Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • 3 years of experience as maintenance technician, especially from chemical or paints manufacturing would be advantages

  • Required knowledge: AutoCAD skill, basic 5S/5R, standard of inventory system, Root Cause Analysis, safety job analysis in working permit, maintenance utility building, and machinery maintenance.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Legok, Tangerang Site and work in shifting system (3 shift)

  • Good communication skill and English both conversation and reading

  • Good analysis of troubleshooting and giving feedback / improvement actively.
