The Level IV, Maintenance Technician is an expert-level technician responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, implementing advanced maintenance strategies, and ensuring the highest level of reliability and efficiency in facility systems.
You will also lead and oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance of the team, our facilities, and systems. In this position you will develop and implement advanced maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and enhance efficiency while conducting expert-level troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and office furniture.
As a personnel manager you will lead training programs for maintenance staff to ensure high competency levels. You will be asked to manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to service agreements while ensuring all maintenance activities are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Must be willing to move into a “Maintenance Lead” role if offered
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience
- Mastery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Experienced with safe use of tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master-level certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, and Carpenter).
- Extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Mastery of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Ability to operate a forklift
Essential Functions:

- Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift
- Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment safely
- Ability to work in potentially hazardous or loud environments
- Ability to travel as required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $33.38 - $45.90. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
