Sujet : Chantier TPM sur les lignes CT et TCM

Missions à confier :

• Mesurer les KPI des lignes.
• Identifier les pannes récurrentes.
• Dresser un pareto des pannes.
• Utiliser la méthode 5W2H pour décrire les pannes.
• Utiliser le FTA (ISHIKAWA) et les 5 pourquoi pour identifier les causes racines des pannes.
• Proposer des solutions définitives.
