Maintenance Technician III

The Role: 

• Be responsible for supporting daily production plan during shift once startup 

• 負責在班別切換生產啟動後支援確認每日生產計劃 

• Be responsible for equipment management and troubleshooting support 

• 負責機台管理點檢及異常處理技術支援 

• Be responsible for supporting on NPI, CI and safety improvement initiatives 

• 負責支援新產品導入,持續改善及安全改善執行 

In this role you will: 

• Support production on equipment setup & inspection before production.  

• 支援生產設備工裝設置和生產前的檢查。 

• Report EHS concern & incident to supervisor immediately. 

• 即時向主管報告EHS問題和事件 

• Support Process Engineer to address critical quality & production equipment issues immediately.  

• 支援製程工程師執行解決關鍵品質&生產設備問題 

• Support Equipment Engineer for the troubleshooting of equipment and daily maintenance. 
  支援設備工程師，於設備故障排除和日常維護 

• Perform daily check on the EHS of equipment and play as a teammate for correction when needed. 

• 對EHS，材料，設備和人員進行日常檢查，在需要時進行更正 

• Work with shift leaders to make sure all operators receive well trainings and be able to demonstrate qualified skills on fields. 

• 與領班合作，確保所有操作員都接受良好的培訓，並在生產時能有合格的技能 

• Support shift leaders on taking care team’s morale and ensure safe working and high productivity. 

• 與領班合作，照顧團隊的士氣，確保安全工作和高生產率 

• Any assignment (job relative) from supervisor 

• 執行主管指派工作相關任務 
   

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• >3-yr production leader experiences in plants are preferred 

• 有3年以上工廠生產領班經驗者優先 

• Experiences on equipment setup, daily management and troubleshooting 

• 具設備生產設置、日常管理和故障排除經驗 

• Experiences on 5S implementation on field 

• 5S現場執行經驗 

• Operational knowledge of 5S, EHS, Lean mfg, quality etc 

• 具運作知識於5S, EHS, Lean mfg,品質等 

• Fixed Shift 

• 固定夜/日班別 

• College degree related 

• 專科學歷以上 

• Basic in English for reading, and writing 

• 基本英文讀寫能力 

• Proper capability on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)  

• 具MS office使用能力 

Your success will be measured by: 

• P - Act as a first-line shift leader to conduct daily production activities and complete the tasks safely, on schedule and products quality in spec. 

• P – 能夠展現第一線人員的角色，依計畫時間執行、安全的完成每日生產活動、任務，並確保產品品質符合規格 

• A - Be an owner who execute plan and reporting on shift base, and able to fix issue or ask for assistance when needs 

• A -該班生產計畫及異常報告彙報予領班，並能夠在需要時解決或尋求協助説明問題 

• C – Encourage team to communicate ideas and thoughts. 

• C –鼓勵團隊溝通想法和提出意見 

• E – Dedicate on shift taskforce management and production plan implementation to fulfill customer demand as scheduled.
