The Role: Facilities Technician
ENTG is seeking a Facilities Technician for our Oseong plant in Korea. This location will be consisted with various manufacturing operations. The position is responsible for coordinating and performing comprehensive facilities maintenance functions. This includes all infrastructure systems and services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleanrooms, steam boilers, DI water systems, ensuring process gases are kept at proper levels, equipment monitoring, security, and alarm systems).
In this role you will:
Manages the work order request system and ensures work orders are performed and closed out timely and responsively.
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities systems. Ensures tasks are performed on time and according to specifications. Ensures records and other applicable documentation are kept current and organized.
Performs facilities modifications including pumping systems, electrical, plumbing, controls, ensures janitorial and other third-party services are performed and managed, and other related assignments.
Performs inspections to support facility operations, including safety reviews and HAZOPS reviews;
Assists the Manager, Facilities, in development of long/short range plans, conceptual designs, and layout requirements and documentation for facility;
Executes and coordinates program specifications, requirements for work being performed, instructions, and associated documents;
Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications;
Manages suppliers and contractors performing work at the site and ensures services and costs are reviewed and validated;
Serves as key resource and team member across the global facilities organization.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
5 or more years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
Common software experience, including Microsoft Office products.
Journeymen or higher electrician, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration or other licenses (preferred);
Must be able to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics;
Ability to access and utilize stairways;
Ability to periodically work the night shift to support operations;
Ability to use electrical and pneumatic tools as needed;
Ability to work in and around machinery;
Knowledge and installation of components, knowledge of gas operations, organic and inorganic chemistries operations is preferred.
