Maintenance Technician I - Houston, TX

What you’ll do

• Perform repairs and refurbishments in multiple local facilities, including but not limited to
• Drywall
• Patching + Painting
• Tiling
• Basic Masonry
• Shelving + wall-mounted equipment
• Floor repairs
• Exteriors (roofs, gutters, landscape)
• Perform basic planned preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).

 

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of handyman / craftsman experience.
• Ability to perform basic repair and remediation on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment.

What else you need to know

This is a field-based role in the Greater Houston Area with blended daily site and remote work. 

Job Type: Full-time - Onsite.

Pay: Ranging from $21.00 - $23.75/hr (based of years of experience).

Expected hours: 40 hours per week.

Experience:

• HVAC/R: 3 years + (Preferred)
• Commercial Maintenance: 3 years + (Required)
• General Handyman Experience: 3 years + (Required)
