Performing cleaning and maintenance work on injection molding tools
Providing tools for ongoing production
Detecting tool damage and initiating repairs
Participating in Lean Growth projects and continuous improvement (KVP) measures
Working with maintenance schedules
Servicing cold and hot runner systems
Fine-tuning injection molding tools
Completed training as a tool mechanic or a comparable profession in the metal industry; initial work experience is an advantage
Knowledge of handling injection molding tools as well as LSR and THPL processing is desirable
Logical, structured, and meticulous working style
Willingness to perform and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of relevant quality standards
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
Ability to work in a 3-shift system
