perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation
responsibility for repairs, troubleshooting, and installation of machinery
follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maintain a safe work environment
maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure tools and equipment are properly organized
support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes
collaborate with the production team to minimize disruption during maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues
High school diploma or equivalent
electrical engineering decree and qualification (at least § 21)
basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery
ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics
basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues
proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment
