Role Overview
You will be part of a small maintenance team responsible for maintaining fibre laying lines and associated plant equipment. Experience within similar process-driven environments (e.g., papermaking or continuous production lines) would be advantageous.
Working hours:
40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Rotating shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm (weekly rotation)
Key Responsibilities
Performs maintenance and repair services in more than one craft such as electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, and mill-wrighting at a relatively simple level
Maintenance and fault finding on PLC-controlled systems
Working with pneumatics, pumps, tanks, conveyors and associated plant
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
2–3+ years’ maintenance experience (minimum)
Experience within manufacturing or process environments.
Experience within similar process-driven environments (e.g., papermaking or continuous production lines) would be advantageous.
18th Edition Electrical qualification desirable
Strong fault-finding skills (electrical and/or mechanical)
Training and development can be provided
