Description:
Position Purpose:
- In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Maintenance Supervisor supervises and trains skilled and unskilled staff in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
What You Will Do:
- Delegates assignments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Recommends or initiates personnel actions and administers organization's policies for the department
- Ensures the compliance, safety, quality and efficiency of work activities
- Develops schedules and monitors time records to ensure timely payroll record submissions
- Prioritizes work orders; plans, schedules, coordinates and assigns work.
- Plans and organizes the purchase of all necessary materials, parts and components required for work orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school education or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred
- Experience: Three years of experience leading the maintenance functions in a complex facility, responsible for a variety of maintenance functions
