What you will do:
Follow and promote Mosaic’s Health and Safety Programs and Standards.
Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards
Execute all preventive and predictive maintenance job plans as per schedule.
Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages. Execute weekly maintenance routine work flow schedule in the assigned of the facility
Review Work Order Feedback to insure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans
People Management: Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.
The Main Shop Supervisor is responsible for the safe, daily planning, coordination and execution of all customer work assigned to the Main Shop. The Main Shop supervisor ensures that the shop is maintained to a high standard, that workers have all the appropriate parts/ tools. The Main Shop supervisor also assists the Hoist/ Shaft group when necessary, even providing relief supervision in the absence of the Hoist/ Shaft Supervisor.
High School/GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.
5+ years of Maintenance experience
Minimum 3 years experience in the practical working of a mine
Valid Supervisor’s Certificate from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Labor Relations and Workplace Safety
Valid Class A qualification in first aid.
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
SAP experience would be beneficial
