Job Description:

What’s the role

  • Maintenance Supervisor is the key interface between operations and engineering to ensure that the teams jointly support each other to champion defect/risk elimination programs, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Bad Actors, Infrastructure, Reliability and Integrity Reviews, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), RAM Modelling and Design for Reliability and Maintainability.

  • Manages Contract with Integrated Engineering Contractors.

  • Provide troubleshooting efforts, work scope or job plan deliverables, and supporting or overseeing Maintenance activities as assigned.

  • Supports Maintenance Manager to reviews and programs for assigned equipment to proactively and efficiently ensure long-term asset strategies are implemented as recommended by engineering and achieved.

  • Provides daily technical support to the Operations team in preventative and corrective maintenance to streamline the requests

  • Record / figure management of maintenance activities through GSAP L-GAME.

  • Identifies and develops improvement ideas and changes in depot engineering interface.

  • Support execution of approved Capex projects.

  • Permit to Work (PTW) and Process Safety policies and procedures, including support of Management of Change (MOC) procedures and HAZOP evaluations.

What you bring

  • 3-5 years of engineering-related or diverse maintenance experience

  • Minimum of a Professional Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree

  • Oil Production and Filling line technical, operations or maintenance experience is preferred

  • Demonstrates ability to analyze problems/troubleshooting & problem solving

  • Ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences to optimize or detect abnormal conditions within the process

  • Good knowledge of local statutory requirements & engineering practices/codes/standards

  • Good knowledge on GSAP, HAZOPs, MOC’s, Incident Investigations, and Job Safety Analysis

  • Fluent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

  • This role will be working 5.5 days shift
